If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases, please return them within 14 days and we will refund you.

If the product is damaged, we will refund the value of the damaged product returned for your original payment or send you the exact replacement product (we will pay the return and replacement product postage). We cannot send you a replacement product.
If you no longer desire a discontinued / unused product (within 28 days of receipt), we will refund the value of the returned product to your original payment (refund paid by the customer).

To return your online purchase, follow these steps:

  • Your Return Package. All individual items must be in salable condition and returned in their original packaging with barcodes (and) and / or tags. Please note, we cannot accept refunds for products opened or used, except for defective merchandise.
  • In the document parcel, include your original delivery note and complete the ‘reason for return’ code. This will allow us to process your returns more effectively.
  • Returns the address. Use the purple return address sticker provided to address your parcel. If you do not have a sticker, send your parcel: Please ask the Post Office for proof of your posting certificate and keep it with you for your reference. The post office will provide you with a parcel tracking reference. Please note that unless we accidentally deliver the goods to you, or if the item is damaged or defective, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
  • Your. When you are returning your purchase, allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted to process your return or send your change.
  • We. We will email you upon completion of your return or replacement order. It can take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account. If you face any difficulty in the online return process, please get in touch. Your India legal rights are not affected by our return policy.

Post and packaging

 

If we have mistakenly shipped a product or it is defective, defective, or of unsatisfactory quality or unsuitable for this purpose, we will refund the postage and packaging fees paid to receive and return the goods, provided that You have not been sent Other products you are not returning.

Amazing package

When a postal carrier returns an undisputed package to us, we issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges).

We are unable to resubmit the packages that have been returned to us unquestionably. If you still want to buy those products, you are welcome to place a new order. A package may be ‘untrusted’ because the address provided was incorrect or, after an unsuccessful delivery attempt, was not collected from the local collection office and has since been returned to the sender.

Cooling period

As a rule, EU consumers also have the right to refrain from buying anything within seven business days after the delivery date.

To cancel your purchase within a cooling-off period of seven days, the above procedure must be followed. Please note that unless we accidentally deliver the goods to you, or if the item is damaged or defective, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
